Return and Refund Policy

1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Certain items like inner-wear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at help@modashoppe.in. Once approved, instructions for the return process will be provided.

3 Return Charges

Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges incurred. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately as per the arrangement with our support team.

4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
